Welcome to the second episode of the Passion & Potential Podcast! This episode I have a new challenge, the 10-10-10 exercise!
This is great especially if sometimes you feel like you’ve lost your inspiration, motivation, or sense of self. Honestly, I think this challenge is beneficial no matter what situation you’re in.
Firstly, to do this I want you to get paper and a pen and physically write this out.
List 1-10 on a notebook.
Then go through and write your most exciting desires for your life with each number (in no specific order. Just brain dump and allow your mind to dream of everything you want!)
List another 1-10 on a notebook
Then go through and write everything you’re grateful for in life – big and small. Just brain dump all the things that bring you joy, and things you’d never want to live without.

List your last 1-10 on a notebook
Then go through and brain dump all the things you love to do in life.
Above all, the purpose of this exercise is to help get you out of a funk and negative thinking. So it gets you to brain dump and slowly move your thoughts to focus on the things that bring you joy, make you feel alive, and make you excited and motivated in life
In addition, it also allows you to take a step back and evaluate your life. Then you can ask yourself, Does your current life match up to your 3 lists of 10’s?
Firstly, are you doing things in life that make you excited and filled with joy?
Secondly, do you take time to slow down and really take in the things you’re grateful for?
Thirdly, are you doing the things you love?
If not, hopefully this exercise will help you have some guidance and motivate you to FIND those things in life. That way you can make small changes every day to help you get to a place of feeling certain, filled with joy, and excited about life and the things you love to do.
Firstly, what are my most exciting career desires?
Secondly, what am I most GRATEFUL for in my career?
Thirdly, what do I love to DO in my career?
Use it in your relationships
Firstly, what would make me most excited in a relationship – to spend all my time with that person. What do I need out of them?
Secondly, what am I most grateful for in a relationship?”- Is it quality time? friendship? support?
Thirdly, what do I love to do in a relationship
